Had a lovely Sunday brunch here recently and it did not disappointment. Now one of my top picks for authentic yum cha cuisine. We purposely arrived early to avoid the crowds (1030am). The plumpest hargao (prawn dumplings) I've ever had and a great variety all-round. If they do not have what you want, the staff there are happy to have it made to order.
So impressed we are going back this Sunday with my parents.

We came for yum cha on a weekday to avoid queuing.
The food tasted acceptable for me, generously filled and reasonably priced. We particularly liked the prawn hargow and chicken feet. However, I found some of the other yum cha dishes not as impressive.
The service was nice and friendly.
Nice view good vibe.

Serving all the basic yum cha dishes: ha gow, siu mai, prawn wonton. Gai lan was cooked well, I was here early on a weekday to avoid a public holiday surcharge. Not bad yum cha place as I was recommended to this joint. Closer to home and definitely not a massive queue like Vinh Phat in Cabramatta.

I have been here many times but mostly for yumcha. While the dimsum menu is not extensive like bigger Chinese restaurants in town, the food is really good. My favourite dish is the deep fried mochi pastry called 咸水角. There is also a cash payment promotion (10AM - 3PM weekdays) that will give a 10% discount and free tea. Make sure you mention it when you get the bill.
They also serve Cantonese style stir fry dishes and live seafood etc, but they are just average.
